Version Fest begins this week!

This is a forwarded message from Lumpen-- Art group in Chicago.  *(if you haven't heard of them).

I don't know much about Lumpen.  I recall Version Fest last year and didn't check out anything...so this year (this week, starting Friday), I hope to check out a couple venues for festivities. 

The version website below has a schedule of the various art events during the Version Fest.

If people are down, I'm down to meet up.--I'm pretty sure I'm going to check out some stuff on Friday and possibly Sunday!  Otherwise, have a swell week!

We are installing projects at 5 different location this week so that we may bring you Version 09 Immodest Proposals. Then we move on into new territory next week.

We open Thursday April 23, 5pm - 10 at the Zhou B. Center
Friday April 24 Version moves to Co-Prosperity Sphere for our big party
On Saturday and Sunday April 25 and 26 we have a crazy weekend at the Benton House and Experimental station.


We are releasing Proximity  #4 and a new Guide to contemporary art this weekend.
Make sure to get a copy when you stop by the festival.
